Studio Dott, in collaboration with Cropland, has scaled their project-based business model to a licensing model with recurring revenue. This eliminates the challenge of having to continuously sell new projects, something many project-based businesses still face today. Such a transformation involves a lot of factors, and in this case, the positioning of their new service also resulted in aesthetically powerful branding!
